Members of GLVAR have several options to fulfill their GLVAR and State education requirements. Continuing education courses are available
to members each month at the Association.
The Following are Classes which will Satisfy the NAR Quadrennial Requirement

The National Association of REALTORS® Mandatory Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training
Effective January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2004, and for successive four (4) year periods thereafter, REALTORS® are required to complete a 2 1/2 hour course on ethics. New members are also required to take a 2 1/2 hour orientation on ethics upon becoming REALTORS®.
To assist members and local association implementation, the National Association of REALTORS® developed two online ethics training courses - one for new member orientation and the other for existing REALTOR® members.
This course has been modified to now include an option for commercial specific content/case studies.
These courses are accessible by Clicking Here and they meet the required learning objectives and criteria provided for in Policy Statements 47 and 48, NAR Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual.

Fair housing continues to be a major issue area for real estate agents. Federal, state, and other agencies actively pursue compliance and non-compliance. This class carefully defines Fair Housing, the protected classes and prohibitions. It then uses a number of situations and cases to apply fair housing facts to the rules and laws of fair housing. NRS statutes are also included. This Course Meets The NAR'S Quadrennial Ethics Training.
