Risk Reduction Graduate
Risk Reduction Graduate™ Society
This program is specifically designed to help REALTORS® understand and
interpret contracts and the laws that govern them. Most every class is written and taught
by Nevada Real Estate Attorneys.
Membership in the Risk Reduction Graduate™ Society will keep you apprised of risk
management, current legal and legislative issues and as a sidebar, your Brokerages' E & O
premium may also be favorably affected. RRG CE credits are also applicable to the GRI Designation.
RRG™ members receive access to a "News" section and also to the RRG™ Message Board
where members can discuss situations among themselves.
What recent RRG Graduates have to say about the program ...
I loved every minute of it. Very informative and your ticket to keep away from trouble!
Thanks.

You are not RRG Certified??? I only have one question... WHY NOT???
In this market risk is everywhere, so did you ever get the feeling everyone is out to get you??? As a REALTOR they are out to get you, make no mistake!!! With the market dropping, buyers and sellers are on the attack and we are their target because we have the deep pockets. Get educated and protect yourself; the way I figure it, the cost of the RRG courses, membership and certification was about $800 (and filled all the CE credits I could ever want). If that investment to my career saved me just one legal action with a deductible of $5,000 it has paid for itself six times over. So maybe the question should be, if you are not RRG certified, what are you waiting for, the next law suit???

"The education that I received from getting my RRG designation is invaluable! The numerous classes it offers have direct impact and complete relevance to our day to day activities as REALTORS! The instructors are thorough and are very experienced in the subject matter that they cover. (Most of them are practicing attorneys.) The reference binder that you complete in the end is an amazing reference tool! I recommend it to any serious REALTOR who wants to take courses that are mandatory for a successful career!"
Mark Nierras, CRS, ABR, RRG
"Without reservation, I highly recommend the RRG program for all real estate professionals. Being a novice agent, I was able to gain a stronger understanding of contracts and an awareness of potential liability issues. Our industry is unending and ever-changing. We must constantly keep ourselves informed of laws and legislative changes, and you will find it all here!"
Sean Lichty
"I believe the program is outstanding and should be required for every agent. After 30 years in the business I seem to learn something new at every class".
Rose Holden
"The RRG Program is one of the best I have ever gone through. Finding ways to reduce liability in this ever increasing litigious society, as well as becoming aware of pitfalls in the business, is a necessity for any Realtor. What an Education! I would highly recommend that it become mandatory for agents & Brokers alike. It would definitely raise the level of professionalism of the agents & make doing business easier for everyone involved."
Ronnie Schwartz
"After my Broker completed the RRG program, she encouraged me to complete the program. The classes are not only informative, but have hands-on application to my every day real estate practice. I highly recommend the RRG program to anyone who wants to reduce their risk of litigation and to anyone who wants to improve their skills in the business".
Amber London
"I believe every broker should be required to attend this RRG. It is the best and it should become mandatory for every Realtor. I believe it would make us a better association."
Harry Hall
"I have my CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES, PMN and now my RRG and I found the classes for RRG to be some of the best for keeping me up-to-date on what is happening now! Great Course! Thank you!"
Nancy Anderson
"I very highly recommend the RRG Program to any Realtor that wants to expand their ability to further protect both themselves and their clients in this litigious world in which we conduct our business. You should not miss the opportunity to participate in this well worthwhile program."
Mel Schneider
"RRG has proven to be the most refreshing course I have taken over my 21 year career in Real Estate. A definite ‘must take’ for every agent."
Matthew Kalb
"The RRG Program has exposed me to pitfalls, possible lawsuits. It has also shown me how to avoid those same risks. This course is a must for a Broker/Owner that does not have an on staff attorney." "Being part of the first graduation class with the RRG designation gives me an advantage over my competition. Being a graduate has allowed me to establish career long relationships with other colleagues that have experienced the course also." "In 2004 we created the RRG program during my year as GLVAR President. It is the single most important thing we accomplished. Become a member today."
Lee Barrett
"I am so happy and Grateful to have been able to complete this program, the best part about it was meeting the attorneys and talking with them. They are the ones who are on the frontline for defending us and it was a gift that I could have taken classes with them."
Justin Pechonis
"I have been a Real Estate Agent since 1976, and a broker in 3 states. I would like to say this has been the best course I have taken over the years I have been in the business. Your instructors were very informative, knowledgeable and entertaining. They all seem to enjoy giving the class and keep it on track and enjoyable. I would and do highly recommend this course to every REALTOR® I talk to."
Ron Aldinger
"The RRG program is in my opinion the best designation program out there. I have completed the ABR and GRI and those are great programs, but only for beginners I feel. What you learn in those designations is wisdom of experience." "With the RRG, you learn intricacies of contracts from attorneys, not salesmen. This has had a direct impact on my career already. You write tighter offers and counters. You can pinpoint items that are not in your client’s favor almost immediately." "Of all the designations to get, this one is critical. Not so much to impress your clients superficially but for yourself. If you do it for yourself, your clients will see that and truly be impressed."
