DataLink uses our DataLink Application Server and Web-based interface to facilitate the secure transmission of listing information and images from your MLS system via FTP. FTP Access makes it quick and easy for brokers to get a copy of the raw data they need to populate their Web sites, and is the ideal solution for brokers who want to manage and format the IDX data themselves.
DataLink lets you download IDX participating brokers listing data and images from the host MLS system. This option provides the broker with listing data in ASCII (text) format and image files in JPEG format. The broker must then work with a web developer to format and display the data. The DataLink data must be downloaded by the Broker or Aggregator manually and then formatted for output. If a broker is working with a National Aggregator then only their listings will be transferable. DataLink is for REALTORS® and, at this time, only available to Brokers. You must be a Participant / designated Broker and a MLS subscriber to acquire this service.

Search Link consists of an Interealty-hosted listing search engine that can be easily incorporated into existing Web sites through member-specific URLs (links) that your association assigns and administrates. The search engine can be "framed" to appear directly within an existing Web site, or it can be displayed in a separate browser that pops up on demand, i.e., when a consumer clicks a Search button in the Participant / Subscriber web site. Additionally, the listing and contact data is refreshed on an hourly basis, guaranteeing that consumers always have access to the most up-to-date information possible.
Search Link provides a maintenance free method of sharing listing data with participating Participant / Subscriber for public display. Each Participant / Subscriber will be issued a unique URL to a search engine that is customized with the Participant / Subscriber contact information to capture all leads and retain control of the potential customer. Search Link is for REALTORS® and is available to Brokers and Agents. All Agents who sign up must first get their broker’s permission in writing before the IDX will be activated.
Interealty's IDX Search Links option is ideal for brokers and agents without the resources to develop and host their own listing search system within their company Web site.
