Effective 1/1/2018, SentriLock will be establishing minimum password requirements.

The number one method hackers use to gain access to someone else’s online account is to attack less secure passwords. SentriLock is making our system even more secure by requiring more robust passwords.

As of 1/1/2018, SentriLock will require a minimum password standard of six (6) characters, with one (1) upper case letter, one (1) lower case letter, and one (1) numeric value.  

Customers will be able to update their passwords to the new requirements in the SentriSmart™ App or the SentriLock Lockbox web site. Thank you for your cooperation as we implement these changes.

The SentriLock portal is live and available in the MLS SSO portal. When you log in through the SSO portal, it will allow you to view your lockbox inventory, assign lockboxes to listings, view lockbox access times, and your lockbox access logs.
