Change to ZipForm Signature Date Fields As ZipForm enables electronic signatures through its DocuSign program, all date fields associated with signatures will be de-programmed in the near future. This means that agents will no longer be able to type in the date and time in ZipForm. If the buyer and seller are physically signing the document, they must hand write in the date and time of their respective signatures. If the parties are signing digitally, the e-signature program will automatically date the signature. |

Foreclosures will begin being flagged on REALTOR.COM We are pleased to inform you that on March 8th Foreclosures will begin being flagged on REALTOR.COM®. Recent consumer and REALTOR® feedback indicates that they want to be able to easily identify foreclosures on the REALTOR.com® website. Several websites provide information on foreclosures, but often these websites do not recognize whether the property is listed with a REALTOR®, and they do not direct the consumer to a REALTOR® for additional details. |

Safety Tip #10 - Bring up the rear When showing a home, always have your prospect walk in front of you. Don’t lead them, but rather, direct them from a position slightly behind them. You can gesture for them to go ahead of you and say, for example, "The master suite is in the back of the house." |
