If you’ve been in the Real Estate business long enough, you will remember that at one time, GLVAR printed MLS Books for our members.  MLS books contained not only a list of the current Active listings on the market, but also a statistical summary of current market activity.  Statistical Reports that could be found in the back of the MLS Book included an Average Selling Price Y-T-D report, an Average Sale Price by Month Report, and Y-T-D Solds by Property Type report; to name just a few.

Don’t get too excited, because the MLS Books are not coming back!!!!  However, the Stats found in the back of the MLS Book are. Beginning this October you may access these reports by logging on to MLXchange, on the MLXchange Home Page go under Resources Service & Tools then click on the Stat Paks link to view a menu of the various statistical reports or you may obtain these reports on lasvegasrealtor.com under Stats .  These reports will be updated bimonthly and are included in your GLVAR membership.
