Walt has experienced over 50 years of international travel working for the U.S. Military, the private sector and the Red Cross. In his travels he has worked with all kinds of people, in all kinds of situations. He is known for his skill in bringing forward "reasonable views" while working in a group. Walt currently is the leader of Windermere Anthem Hills' International Group.
Having gotten serious about serving our association a few years ago, he began serving on the Grievance committee in 2007. He also now serves on the MLS committee, RRG committee and the Political Affairs committee. Walt is a
leader, evidenced by being selected to the NVAR Leadership Class of 2008. In March he was selected as the "Realtor of the Month" for GLVAR.
Walt strongly believes in education. He holds the rare Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG) and he is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). In June of 2008 he will have earned his Commercial Real Estate Certificate (CREC) from the Lied Institute, University of Nevada Las Vegas.
