Personally, I grew up in a time of customer service is everything. Personal touch and follow through is the most important thing which I believe is the basis of all Sales and People skills. It is also important to be knowledgeable of current events and current trends in the markets from housing trends, financial markets, current events creating market driven real estate, but to timing and world events. One of the best skills I have learned through my years of experience is how to LISTEN. Everyone has something they need you as a service provider to understand!
