John Paul Molfetta Sr.

John Paul began investing in the Las Vegas valley in 1999, learning this market first on a personal basis, then as a Realtor. A successful business man and New York native of 50 years, he has been certified as an REO specialist by NFSTI.

A resident of Sun City Anthem in Henderson, John Paul and wife Bev has been happily married for 49 years. JP is the president, Italian Forum Club and an active member of the Performing Arts Group.

In 2015 John Paul Sr. spent time in the NY/NJ area with John Paul Jr., building his Real Estate "downline", a source of additional income that Keller Williams provides for their agents.

Their oldest son, Eric, a graduate of UNLV, is currently a Senior Vice President for Colliers International Commercial Real Estate Las Vegas. Twin sons Jon Paul ( now with KW) and Richard (in the Health Care segment) are both in the business of Real Estate in the New York, New Jersey area.
