Mr. Fougere previously managed the Foreign Buying Operations for America?s premier specialty home furnishings retailer, and later functioned as an Operations Management professional with the world?s largest steel company, based in Europe. In this capacity, Mr. Fougere managed supply chain operations for numerous major highrise development projects in the United States and Mexico, one of which is a well-known landmark along the Las Vegas Strip: the Eiffel Tower replica at the Paris Hotel.

In his professional capacity, Mr. Fougere has traveled extensively worldwide and lived in Europe. He is fluent in German and French.

Mr. Fougere holds a Master?s Degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science / International Relations from the University of California, Berkeley.
