I also hold a GREEN designation so I know more than your average agent does about buying or selling a GREEN home. I know more about everything from energy efficient appliances to solar panels, saving clients more money with my knowledge.
I am also a Negotiation Specialist so I will be a better negotiator for you.
We are in a Sellers market right now with low inventory and it could stay low for the next 4 years.
