About Yvonne

I am an Ironman Competitor - swim;2.4miles; bike;112miles & run ;26.2miles.
This year; 2014 I will compete in three 70.3 Ironman Triathlons and some Olympic Distance races
I compete the Olympic Distance on a regular basis during racing season.(swim;1mi,bike;25 mi,run;6.2mi) I have been competing for 30 years as a triathlete.
