LAR VALDEZ has been a full-time professional Realtor since 1987 specializing in residential real estate. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed working with each client and loves the challenge of helping people find the perfect home and then to help them sell their home when that time is right. She has received recognition from employing brokers and her business peers, but most importantly, she has received strong endorsements from the people she has served.

Lar is a graduate of Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Degree in Zoology. She earned units towards Masters Degree of Science in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas. She also received Certifications in Computer Programming, Dynamics and Techniques of Supervision from Ateneo De Manila.

Just after graduation, Lar became a Faculty Member of her Alma Mater in the Zoology/Biology Department. Then she immigrated to the United States of America. She took her real estate license in Honolulu, Hawaii.

In the real estate industry, she received the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She has received honor in both listing and selling production.

She started her career in Honolulu in 1987 and continued her real estate services by taking her license in California in 1996. She expanded her knowledge in the Silicon Valley. Her primary residence is now in the Fabulous Las Vegas. She took her Broker Salesperson license and has built her Las Vegas real estate career since 2005. She is very personable individual with a positive demeanor and she has the experience and integrity with whom special trust and confidence can be placed. .
