Before becoming a realtor, Charmaine was a professional singer, actress, and dancer. She worked in various print, TV, and theatre roles, and starred in the internationally acclaimed Broadway musical Miss Saigon. In the off-season, Charmaine also launched several successful ventures in fashion & tech, thanks to her affinity for business. In 2002, she retired from Miss Saigon to start a family in Las Vegas.
Charmaine's career as a realtor began in 2006, at the start of the Las Vegas housing crash. Despite the challenging market, her ferocious energy and fresh, client-based approach earned her the title of "Rookie of the Year" at her first brokerage. By 2010, Charmaine was a top performer in luxury real estate alongside her mentor, the legendary Florence Shapiro.
