I moved to Las Vegas from Southern California right before the country, and Las Vegas especially, fell into a deep recession. After building a network through my clients, community friends, and other real estate professionals, I built & maintained a real estate practice while many realtors were getting out of the failing market. Through this experience, I developed trusting relationships with people experiencing stressful times, which further deepened my commitment to our community. Having bought and sold homes here for 16+ years, I have created repeat clients as well as many positive relationships with lenders, inspectors, home equity representatives, title and escrow companies, and fellow realtors. This significantly helps to make the transaction smooth and successful for all parties.
