As a stay at home Mom for 15 years, I ran a successful home based business for 7 of those years. After my youngest of three was of school age I obtained my Real Estate license with an interest in property management.

I worked for a large property management company starting as a Field Agent, quickly becoming lead, in charge of training new agents and with in 5 1/2 short years was promoted to Director of Operations. I upgraded my license to Broker-Sales person and became Office Manager running the day to day operations for 6 additional years. During that time, I learned the skills and leadership needed to run my own company, leading me to make the decision to open my own Brokerage. Shortly thereafter, I was offered the position of Operations Manager at Century 21 Americana. I loved the culture, excitement and Agents I have met and worked with all while being a part of the Executive Team bringing change and growth for the company.

I am skilled in Policy Writing, Leadership, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, have many HR Management skills, am a strong operations professional and currently am a NV Public Notary.

I am loyal, dedicated and professional. With experienced history of working in the real estate and the PM industry, I give personal attention and detail to ALL of my clients.
