Tish moved on to become a licensee in 1996. She found a home with a new home builder for over 10 years. There she learned the value of marketing, client follow up and most important, "Customer Service" and still maintains the bonds she has developed with her homeowners she sold to.

She then went on to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Nevada Properties for nearly 6 years where she learned the resale segment of the market and helped her clients buy and sell property including relocation, investments, single family homes, condos, high rises, new homes, bulk sales and even land.
