Bright-eyed and eager to get my feet wet, I dove head first into all things Real Estate and managed to make it out alive (and hungry for more!). I have active Real Estate licenses in Nevada and California.
I spend the majority of my time helping Buyers and Sellers buy and sell residential Real Estate. I have additional experience working with investors, and small local builders. I worked for both a Mortgage company and an Escrow company during college so I?m able to understand the deal from every angle. I am experienced in contracts and negotiations, new construction, the luxury home market, online and live auction purchases, rehabbing properties, and the purchase and sale of distressed properties.
When I?m not working, you can find me spending time with my husband and two kids, traveling, enjoying all of the entertainment and fine dining Las Vegas has to offer, and shopping for shoes! Since we rescued our first dog back in 2009, animals have had a special place in my heart. I donate to animal charities, local shelters and do my best to bring adoption awareness to those around me. I?m a big believer in the power of positive thinking and the Law of Attraction. My license plate reads "Create Luck" and I focus all of my energy on doing just that!
