Nevada Market: Resales are the best at least for 2015. Short Sales still commands some room for negotiations but Bank-Owned Properties (REO)is the right deal if you want to close in 30 days. Henderson and Las Vegas, you can buy two (2) for a price of one (1)compared to CA pricing. I believe if you buy at least ten (10) resales (SFR,Condo & Townhouses) less than $150K for Cash you will command a very good ROI compared to other Investments, although the average price sold now had gone up to low $200K. Why? Las Vegas market has so many renters for a 3+2+2car garage for homeowners who lost their homes from foreclosures or NOD''''''''s.
