James Hughes was born in Reno, NV and spent most of his life in Nevada, Southern California, and Tucson, Arizona. He joined the Air Force directly out of high school and retired 20 years later in 2015. He was a Crew Chief on HH-60G PaveHawk Helicopters, specializing in Combat Search and Rescue Operations. He has a Masters Degree in Project Management and a Bachelors Degree in Professional Aeronautics, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is the Team Lead of Hughes Group, and an Expansion Agent from Team Integrity Tucson.
