JC was born and raised in a low-income family house in Lima-Peru, where his most treasured resources were his values and principles: kindness, honesty, trust, loyalty, and love for his family and neighbors. JC moved to Las Vegas-Nevada in 2006. His passion to improve himself in order to help others took him to enroll in the University of Phoenix where he finished his program as a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management. In those years of college, he learned that the most valuable source in a company is the Human Capital, and we all need to stay competitive in this changing business market. Furthermore, JC has 12 years of experience in customer service, where he has developed a high sense of empathy towards other people?s needs and wants.
Nowadays, JC is a Volunteer Parent at Sierra Vista High School, where he helps foreign kids on how to adjust to their new lives in USA. In addition, JC is part of a very successful real estate team, Capstone Real Estate Network, where they are passionate about the real estate market, and their goal is to be helpful, no nuisance.
