A Las Vegas resident since 1999, Clemmons (Clem) relocated from Chicago for a change and to begin a new career. That career was the Auto Business. Upon arriving to Las Vegas Clem worked in sales at a new car franchise dealership, selling new and used cars. A Las Vegas resident since 1999, Clemmons (Clem) relocated from Chicago for a change and to begin a new career. That career was the Auto Business. Upon arriving to Las Vegas Clem worked in sales at a new car franchise dealership, selling new and used cars. He sold all makes of vehicles ranging from Kia's and Hyundai's up to Ferrari's and Rolls Royce.

Clem quickly figured out the housing market was on the rise and in 2003 invested in his first investment property, which started a passion for Real Estate and lit a fire in him that would never go out. Shortly after, he started a local trucking company hauling sand and gravel for new home builders. Unfortunately, when the market tanked, so did his trucking company, Clem, being the go-getter that he is, began buying and selling cars. This ultimately turned into Clem opening his own car dealership, Clem Auto Sales.

Clem has always been passionate about Real Estate and believes that owing and investing in Real Estate is one of the keys to building long term wealth. So he decided that helping people buy and sell Real Estate, would be it. Since joining SMG Realty, Clem has been nothing short of a valuable resource for Real Estate information and giving each and every client the same relentless effort that he put in his own projects.
