Cathy Vongnaraj served as Director of Marketing Player Development and Marketing throughout various casino corporations in the Valley. She was responsible at her last role for all marketing, advertising, and promotions for an all-suite property located just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. She also led the property's Players Club team made up of 12 employees in order to place the property at the forefront of Las Vegas lodging and local casino options.

Vongnaraj?s specialties include casino marketing, loyalty program development, customer relationship management, as well as promotion and player development, garnered through her 18 years of experience in the casino gaming industry. In 2000, she began her career as part of the casino gaming department as a data entry clerk for table games. Three years later, Vongnaraj chartered the first mega casino, Borgata Casino, Hotel and Spa in Atlantic City as a Relationship Marketing Executive. In 2007, she relocated to Las Vegas to become executive casino hosts for Mandalay Bay, Wynn-Encore, Aria and SLS. Her director role began with the local market when she became the Director of Player Development for Station Casinos. In her current role, she has developed numerous successful casino, hotel and dining campaigns for the Tuscany, largely focused on the local Las Vegas market. Vongnaraj also recently oversaw the development of the new direct mailer programs which focused heavily on new business and created the casino hosting program for higher threshold clientele.
