I spent the past 8 years in Retail Sales Management working 55 hour weeks, week after week, hoping I would move up in the company but nothing really changed. Every day my wife, who is a resource teacher at an elementary school, would come home happy, full of joy and always looked forward to work the next day. I knew something had to change.
Then, one of the greatest things happened to my wife and I when we were blessed with a beautiful, healthy, baby girl.
