Alex Presley has been a licensed REALTOR? since 2019. She is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS? (GLVAR), the Nevada Association of REALTORS? (NVAR) and the National Association of REALTORS? (NAR). Alex specializes in working with first time home buyers and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals through real estate. She is also a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Nevada through which she conducts loan signings having completed over 200 closings. Her work as a Notary Loan Signing Agent has provided her extensive experience with the real estate loan closing process, which she uses to the benefit of her clients.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA majoring in Business Administration with the goal of one day becoming a business owner. Alex then worked in sales, customer service, and office management. While working in a dual role as a Customer Care and Sales Representative for Springfree Trampoline, she discovered her love for sales, while still maintaining a focus on the needs of her customers. Her experience in this position taught her that by keeping the client?s goals top of mind, and never trying to force a sale, you can create stronger relationships that lead to more satisfied and repeating clients.

Born in Fairfax, Virginia, Alex has moved quite a few times around the country as the daughter of a US Marine Corps officer. Some of the cities she has lived in include Alexandria, VA; Jacksonville, NC; Norfolk, VA; Charleston, SC; Silverdale, WA; and Seattle, WA. She moved to Las Vegas in 2018 and since then never misses an opportunity to tell anyone that will listen how Las Vegas is by far her favorite place she has lived in. Alex e
